In Tamilnadu, the ruling DMK has announced its candidates on Tuesday for the bye- polls for Vandavasi and Tiruchendur assembly constituencies. It has decided to field Mr. Anitha Radhakrishnan, who was the sitting MLA of Tiruchendur, vacated his MLA post while joining DMK and was again given a chance to contest from the same constituency by the DMK party.<br/><br/>Mr. Kamala kannan who was announced as the candidate for the Vandavasi constituency is the son of the deceased MLA Jayaraman. Filing of nominations for the bye elections will begin on Wednesday.<br/>
