World Number One Novak Djokovic of Serbia has crashed out of the Rome Masters Tennis tournament. In the Men's Singles quarterfinals yesterday, Djokovic was stunned by sixth seed Tomas Berdych of the Czech Republic, 6-2, 5-7, 4-6. However, Swiss Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal of Spain and Frenchman Benoit Paire have advanced into the semi-finals.In the Women's Singles, defending champion World Number Two Maria Sharapova, yesterday, pulled out of the competition, due to illness.She was scheduled to play Sara Errani of Italy for a place in the semi-finals. America's World Number One Serena Williams, Victoria Azarenka of Belarus and Simona Halep of Romania made it to the semi-finals.
