<span style="color: #222222;">Social Justice &amp; Empowerment Minister Thawarchand Gehlot said that Divyangjan are an integral part of our society and they need to be brought into mainstream.&nbsp;</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He said, District Disability Rehabilitation Centres (DDRCs) will be strengthened nationwide for the welfare of Divyangjan. The Minister was speaking at the launch of the National Conference on District Disability Rehabilitation Centre (DDRCs)' organised by the Department of Persons with Disabilities (Divyangjans) in New Delhi today.&nbsp;</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Addressing the conference, the Minister said serving the Divyangjan is a divine service and DDRCs are providing comprehensive services to&nbsp; Divyangjan.&nbsp;</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">They also facilitate the creation of infrastructure and capacity building at the district level for awareness generation, rehabilitation and training of rehabilitation professionals.&nbsp;</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Mr. Gehlot also called upon all sections of society to come forward to help the Divyangjan in bringing them into mainstream to optimise their full potential. Minister of State for&nbsp; Social Justice and Empowerment&nbsp; Ramdas Athawale was also present during the event.</span><br />'' &nbsp;
