In one such example, a 70% Divyang person namely Pawan Dev Singh from village Sansoo of Udhampur district in Jammu division of the UT of Jammu and Kashmir is preparing masks to distribute them free of cost among needy people. Worth to mention, Divyang Pension is the only source of income for 35 years old Pawan Singh who is totally disabled under his chest. Pawan had utilized all his bank savings to purchase cloth for making masks. Yesterday, Pawan was over joyous and had no happiness bounds, when he came to know that PM had sent Rs 1000/- to each Divyang's bank account. He reached the bank & withdrew money to purchase cloth for making masks to distribute them among the needy.
