In Odisa, the Khordha District and Sessions Judge Court in Bhubaneswar today rejected the bail plea of Trinamool Congress MP Sudip Bandyopadhyay, who has been arrested over his alleged involvement in the 17 thousand crore rupees Rose Valley Group chit fund scam.<br/><br/>The Central Bureau of Investigation, probing the chit fund scam, had arrested the four-time Lok Sabha member from Kolkata on the 3rd of last month. Currently, Mr Sudip is lodged in Jharpada Special Jail in Bhubaneswar. Another TMC MP Tapas Paul, accused in the same Chit fund scam, is also now lodged in the same jail at Bhubaneswar.
