Chennai District Collector V Anbuselvan has said, he will prepare a document by this Independence Day envisioning the metropolitan city of year 2022, as asked by Prime Minister. <br/><br/>Talking to AIR News, he said, the first time ever interaction by the Prime Minister with District Collectors is highly motivating. He said, all financial transactions are being undertaken only through digital mode by the district administration.
