<span style="color: #222222;">District Administation, Rajouri has distributed 1733 smart phones among Anganwadi workers and Supervisors under POSHAN Abhiyan. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">AIR correspondent reports that this is aimed at to effectively monitor the nutrition levels in children, pregnant women and lactating mothers under Poshan Abhiyan which is aimed at to reduce the level of stunting, under nutrition, anemia and low birth weight babies. It also aimed to enable growth monitoring of children with the help of auto plotting of growth charts, auto generate task list and home visit schedule.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Under the mission, Anganwadi workers and supervisors are being equipped with smart phones pre-installed with ICDS-common application software that will facilitate capture of data and a six-tier dashboard will ensure monitoring and interventional mechanism. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">DDC, Nazir Sheikh outlined the significance of technology for ensuring citizen-friendly governance and asked AWW & supervisors to work in mission mode to uplift the health and nutritional status among the children, pregnant women and lactating mothers to make the district malnutrition free.</span><br />''
