Afghanistan President Ashraf Ghani has said distinction between good and bad terrorism is an enormously short sighted approach.

Speaking at the Institute for Defence Studies and Analyses in New Delhi this evening, Mr Ghani said, terrorism must be condemned and all countries must stand together against it.

He said, Islam does not allow terrorism and it is unacceptable to speak of terrorism in the name of Islam. The Afghan President said, States need to have a common perspective on terrorism as terrorist organisations change very rapidly even if their objectives remain the same.

Mr Ghani said, there is war in Pakistan which media does not speak and there are 2 lakh 7 thousand Pak forces in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan. He said, Pakistan is a revisionist state and every defeat is celebrated as victory and every intelligence failure is confirmation of a conspiracy theory.

Mr Ghani said, Afghanistan do not permit its territory to be used against it's neighbours and behave like a responsible state even though it is under attack. He said, why is Afghanistan concerned that a country can block two great nations from trading but anyway with Chabahar, monopoly will end.

On Afghanistan's support for an independent Balochistan, Dr Ghani said, Afghanistan don't use it's territory for destabilisation.
