Lok Sabha Speaker Sumitra Mahajan today said that ruling and opposition are good in a democracy but the opponent should not do propoganda. Addressing a function in New Delhi, Ms. Mahajan said the dissent should not disturb the democratic proceeding. <br/><br/>Her comments came amid the Congress and other opposition parties' plan to corner the NDA government on a range of issues including Lalit Modi controversy and Vyapam scam in Madhya Pradesh during the Monsoon Session of Parliament beginning tomorrow.
