Aam Aadmi Party has demanded disqualification of MLAs in various states, who have been appointed as Parliamentary Secretaries. A party delegation led by Delhi's Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia met President Pranab Mukherjee yesterday and submitted a memorandum in this regard. <br/><br/>The party said Chief Ministers of various states have administered oath to MLAs as Parliamentary Secretaries which are prima facie in violation of the Constitution as they are getting salaries and perks. <br/><br/>The AAP claimed that the financial condition of these states including Chhattisgarh, Haryana and Himachal Pradesh are not good but crores of rupees are being spent on Parliamentary Secretaries.
