The Karnataka High Court has upheld the action of Assembly Speaker K G Boppaiah disqualifying 11 BJP MLAs for anti-party activities. The third judge – Justice abhahit ‘ while pronouncing the judgement said, he concured with the view held by Chief Justice J S Khehar that the disqualified MLAs had acted against the party by submitting to the Governor the letter of withdrawal of support to the Government.The case pertaining to five Independent MLAs is listed before the newBench of the High Court on the November 2.
