The Rajya Sabha has resumed the discussion on the Rail Budget. Resuming the debate Mr. Kaptan Singh Solanki of the BJP described that the Budget as imbalanced.<br/><br/>He alleged it favours West Bengal. Noting that the Rail Budget has political overtones Mr. Solanki said that the vision of massive expansion of rail network in the country is not possible keeping in view the progress of the laying of rail lines as on date.<br/><br/>Hailing the budget proposal the Dr. Ramprakash of Congress said that it caters to the needs of all. The debate is continuing.<br/>
