<br/>The stand off between the Opposition and the government on the procedure of the debate on price rise issue has ended. Parliamntary Affairs Minister, Pawan Kumar Bansal said that the Opposition has agreed to take up the discussion under a rule which does not entail voting. The discussion on rising prices will be taken up in the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha today. He said, Agriculture Minister, Sharad Pawar will reply in the Lok Sabha and the Finance Minister will be intervening. Our Parliamentary correspondent reports that the issue rocked the two Houses on the second day on Wednesday.<br/>
