<span style="color: #222222;">In Jammu and Kashmir, the Director Sheep Husbandry Department Jammu Dr. Naseem Javaid Chowdhary today flagged off a group of 26 farmers on an exposure tour to Ludhiana (Punjab) to learn the processing of Wool and Pelt and its effective Marketing. Akashvani Jammu Correspondent reports that the tour has been hosted under the Holistic Agricultural Development Programme (HADP). The Director advised the farmers to take maximum benefits from this tour and learn best practices of Wool and pelt from the experts during their stay at Ludhiana from today to the 15th of December. The Director stressed that the objective of such an exposure tour is to make farmers aware of the latest technological intervention in the field of Wool and pelt to achieve the targets and goals. The Farmers were advised to replicate the new technology in their respective areas that they would learn during the visit and further share it with other fellow farmers. </span><br />
