Writer-director BR Ishara passed away at local hospital in Mumbai today. Ishara was recently diagnosed with tuberculosis and was undergoing treatment at a hospital in Juhu.
Ishara is survived by his actress wife Rehana Sultan. His funeral will be held today at a crematorium in Vile Parle.
