<span style="color: #222222;">In backdrop of COVID 19 pandemic, Director Agriculture, Jammu, who is also controller of fertilizers for the UT of J&K convened a review meeting at Krishi Bhawan, Jammu in order to discuss various issues related to smooth supply of fertilizer during the Kharif 2020-21 in the UT. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">AIR correspondent reports that issues regarding smooth supply of fertilizers, excess stocking reflected in Mobile Fertilizer Management System (MFMS) portal particularly in Kashmir valley and POS machines were discussed threadbare. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The Director issued instructions for coordinated efforts to sort out all fertilizer related issues and strategize how to upload the real time data of fertilizer stockings on MFMS portal.  He also called for full facilitation of fertilizer dealers in upgradation of POS machines to 3.0 version immediately and their training for operating POS machines through video conferencing and short videos in local languages on "How to operate POS".</span>
