The Railway Minister, Dinesh Trivedi will present the Rail Budget for 2012-13 in Lok Sabha tomorrow. In this connection, the News Services Division of All India Radio will bring you a bilingual pre-rail budget live discussion from 11.30 a.m. The discussion will be followed by live relay of the Railway Minister’s speech from 1155 hours onwards. After the speech, the live bilingual discussion will continue till 1400 hrs.
