Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad has said that Digital government is good government and is more for the poor. <br/><br/>He said, the government's mantra of development is 'quality change through digital connects. <br/><br/>He said this while delivering Bimolangshu Roy memorial lecture at Silchar on Wednesday. <br/><br/>He further said that digital delivery of services is a real digital India and the government is committed to 'Sabka Sath-Sabka Vikas' through this technology. <br/><br/>He also announced to establish one BPO centre with 200 seats and a software park in Silchar very soon.<br/><br/>
