Dharamshala Court in HP sentences four students in Aman kachroo ragging case

A Dharamshala Court in Himachal Pradesh has sentenced four students to four years of rigorous imprisonment in Aman kachroo ragging case. Additional District and Sessions Judge Purinder Vaidya also fined the 10,000 rupees each after convicting them under Sections 304 II – Culpable homicide not amounting to murder of Indian Penal Code. Aman Kachroo, a first-year MBBS student at the Rajindra Prasad Government Medical College, Tanda, succumbed to his injuries received during ragging.
