<span style="color: #222222;">Director General of Jammu and Kashmir Police, Dilbagh Singh,  today congratulated  Jammu and Kashmir Police for  its ness in foiling the possible terrorist attacks in the city of temples(Jammu).  DGP Singh who was flanked by IGP, Jammu Mukesh Singh , while addressing media persons  in Jammu today said that  to give a Kashmiri  look-a- like name to Pak terrorist outfits Lashkar-e-Toiba and Jaish-e-Mohhammad,  New Terror  Outfits in the name of Lashkar-e- Mustafa and The Resistance Front (TRF)  were raised .  He said that  J&K Police arrested Chief Commanders of both the Outfits  Hidayatullah  Malik and  Zahoor Ahmed Rather alias Sahil  from Jammu and Samba districts respectively and foiled their  nefarious designs  of carrying out terrorist  attacks in Jammu  City.  </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Dilbagh Singh further stated that  Hidayatullah on the  instructions of his  handlers from  across the border  had done  recee  of the office of National Security Advisor Sh. Ajit Doval  besides  some prominent locations in New Delhi  and of  Rughnath Temple in  Jammu City for carrying out  attacks.</span>
