Directorate General of Foreign Trade,DGFT has constituted a GST facilitation cell in its Headquarters in New Delhi to assist and advice exporters , trade and industry for smooth transition from present regime to GST regime from 1st of July, 2017. <br/><br/>According to an official release, the GST facilitation cell will be headed by Additional DGFT Nikunj Kumar Srivastava. Similarly all regional offices of DGFT have constituted GST facilitation cell which will be headed by head of the regional office.<br/><br/>Yesterday, DGFT also convened a meeting of stakeholders to understand the issues being faced by them in GST system. These issues have been taken up with department of revenue and GST Network who informed that most of the issues have already been resolved.
