The Directorate General of Civil Aviation has issued show cause notice to GO First Airlines as its Bangalore-Delhi flight took off without taking 55 passengers on board from Bangalore airport on Monday.<br />''<br />''After receiving the Airlines' reply on this matter, the DGCA observed that prima facie it emerges that Go First Airlines failed to comply with Civil Aviation rules. <br />''<br />''The DGCA said, multiple mistakes such as lack of proper communication, co-ordination, reconciliation and confirmation have resulted in a highly avoidable situation. <br />''<br />''Therefore DGCA has issued show cause notice to Go First Airlines as to why enforcement action should not be taken against them for dereliction of their regulatory obligations. DGCA said, the Airlines has been given two weeks time to submit their reply to DGCA and based on that reply further action will be taken.<br />
