Director General of Civil Aviation, DGCA has asked airlines and airport operators to take social distancing measures to prevent spread of COVID-19. Releasing guidelines on social distancing, the aviation regulator said, adequate spacing at check-in counters between passengers must be ensured. Boarding should be done in a manner to avoid bunching of passengers at any time. Sanitisers for staff and passengers at the entry of aircraft must be provided.
