The Directorate General of Civil Aviation, DGCA, has approved winter schedule of domestic airlines to be effective from 28th of this month. 10,935 departures per week have been approved which translates into 1562 daily departures. An official release said, air connectivity would be available to and from 73 airports under the schedule. There has been 19 per cent decrease in winter schedule flights this year compared to the same schedule last year.
