In Haridwar, lakhs of devotees from across the country including foreigners took holy dip in the river Ganga on the eve of Baisakhi. Elaborate security arrangements has been made to avoid any untoward incident. Railways have operated more than dozen trains to facilitate the pilgrims.<br/>
