<span style="color: #222222;">Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha today said that development is not possible without peace and tranquillity. Addressing a function in Budgam today, the Lieutenant Governor said that external forces are hell-bent to derail the peaceful atmosphere in the Union Territory, but the Administration and security forces are working in tandem for the safety of the people of Jammu and Kashmir and to ensure a peaceful atmosphere. Appealing to people to defeat elements inimical to peace and those supporting violence, Mr. Sinha said that Jammu and Kashmir will reach new heights of development in a peaceful atmosphere only.</span><br />
