The hearing in two murder cases against Dera Sachs Sauda chief Gurmit Ram Rahim Singh is underway in the Panchkula CBI court. Dera Chief has appeared for hearing through videoconferencing. According to sources, the case is at final stage of argument and arguments may continue on next hearings.<br/><br/>Meanwhile, khatta singh, a witness in both the cases has filed an application through Advocate Navkiran Singh, in which he has requested for again recording of his statement. <br/><br/>The hearing on his application has been fixed for 22nd of this month. While talking to media along with his counsel Mr Khatta Singh said that earlier he had backtracked and changed his statement because he and his son were continuously threatened of dire consequences.
