The Deputy Election Commissioner Vinod Zutshi is in West Bengal on a three day visit to review poll preparedness. He had meetings with the SPs and DMs of North and South 24 Parganas, Howrah and Hoogly on Wednesday. He will hold video conference with the districts supers and make an assessment of the law and order situation in different parts of the state.
