The deep depression formed over the Bay of Bengal crossed Orissa coast on Friday and it lays centred near Gopalpur. Met Department says it is likely to move west towards Chhattisgarh and gradually weaken. An alert has been sounded in Malkangiri and Navrangpur districts as heavy rain is expected in these two districts.
