<span style="color: #222222;">In Ladakh, Under the SWACHHTA HI SEWA HAI CAMPAIGN, District Child Protection Services, Department of Social Welfare Kargil in collaboration with Department of Environmental Science, GDC Kargil organised a seminar cum debate competition on the theme 'RIGHTS OF CHILDREN IN INDIA'.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">On this occasion, Principal GDC Kargil Dr Amina Qari was the Cheif Guest where as Advocate Shah Nawaz Ali, Chairperson Children Welfare Committee, Advocate Zareena Baano Member Juvenile Justice Board, Muneer Rasool Wani, Counselor DCPU and Nazir Ahmad Member CWC threw light on Child labour and other juvenile issues.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Various students of the college presented their speeches on the different aspects of the theme in English, Urdu, Purgi, Balti and Sheena dialects.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The best speakers among students were awarded and Sajjad Hussain remained at 1st Position, Kaneez Fatima at 2nd Position, Nawaz Ali at 3rd Position and Tashi Spalzas 4th Position.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The seminar was concluded with vote of thanks by convener of the programme Asst Prof Sajjad Hussain, HOD department of Environmental Science.</span>
