Department of Consumer Affairs extends timeline for suggestions on Draft E-Commerce Rules till 21st July

The Department of Consumer Affairs has decided to extend the timeline for receipt of comments and suggestions on the Draft E-Commerce Rules and they can now be sent by 21st of this month. Central Government had notified the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 on 23rd July last year. According to the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, comments and suggestions on the proposed amendments can be sent by 21st July by email to js-ca@nic.in.
