Home Minister Rajnath Singh has instructed Home Secretary LC Goyal to send two extra Rapid Action Force battalion to Deoghar for better crowd and security management. Mr Singh today spoke to Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das who apprised him of the situation in Deoghar post the stampede. During the conversation, Mr Das asked for extra Rapid Action Force deployment. The Home Minister has offered his condolences to the families of those killed in the stampede at Deoghar in Jharkhand. He also prayed for speedy recovery of the injured.
