Dense fog disrupts air traffic in Delhi

Air traffic in the Capital was disrupted in the morning due to dense fog which caused poor visibility. According to DIAL, domestic and international flights at the Indira Gandhi International (IGI) airport were delayed due to the dense fog. The Met office said cold conditions continued in the city and there was a slight decrease in the minimum temperature from Thursday's 6.8 degrees Celsius and it was recorded at 6.6 degrees Celsius, one degree below normal.The maximum temperature in the city was at 21.1 degrees. The weatherman has forecast slight increase in the maximum and minimum temperatures on Saturday with thick fog in the morning and said the sky would be partly cloudy towards night. The maximum and minimum temperatures will hover around 22 and 7 degrees Celsius.
