Dense foggy cover enveloped Jammu City and its outskirts yet again today thus throwing the normal life in the morning hour’s haywire. Road traffic was also affected in the morning hours in Jammu city as the visibility level was merely a couple of yards. However, the visibility level improved as the day progressed.
