Dense fog continues to hit road, train and air services. A thick blanket of fog engulfed Delhi on Friday morning putting life out the gear. It disrupted air, rail and road taffic as the visiblity level dropped to as low as 50 meters.<br/><br/>A spokesman of Indira Gandhi Airport told AIR correspondent that atleast 20 flights have been rescheduled though the air traffic has now resumed operations. A Railway spokesman said that six trains were also rescheduled and 24 others delayed due to poor visibility. <br/><br/>AIR correspondent reports that buses and motor vehicles were running at a snails pace with their head lights on. Fog also caused taffic jams at various locations in the capital.<br/><br/>Heavy fog enveloped major parts of Rajasthan on Friday. AIR correspondent reports, flight operations at the Sanganer airport have come to a stand still since morning.<br/><br/>AIR Gorakhpur correspondent reports that though it is sunny day on Friday but the temperature is below normal and there is no respite from the chilly weather.<br/><br/>The state of Jammu and Kashmir is in the grip of cold wave but Jammu city has some respite from the cold conditions on Friday.<br/><br/>Madhya Pradesh is also experiencing the severe cold this season.<br/><br/>AIR Shimla correspondent reports that sun is shining bright and those who want respite from fog and cold weather can come to Shimla.<br/><br/>Animals, especially those on the streets become most vulnerable in the severe weather conditions. <br/><br/>Sanjay Gandhi Animal Care Centre is an organisation which,through its members throughout the country help these animals to survive this cold weather.<br/>
