<br/>Dense fog continues to disrupt rail, road and air traffic in North India. The region is also in the grip of intense cold wave. Rail, road and air traffic is disrupted in several parts of the region because of dense fog. In the national capital Delhi, more than 50 domestic and international flights have been affected. Eight trains have been cancelled while more than 80 trains are running late. Jet Airways has cancelled its flights on Delhi-Chandigarh route till tomorrow.<br/><br/>AIR correspondent reports that Amritsar in Punjab remains the coldest place in the plains with mercury dipping to near zero degree Celsius. AIR Lucknow correspondent reports that a number of trains running late due to fog. AIR correspondent reports that Cold wave intensified in Jammu and Ladakh region while there is respite in the Kashmir valley. Cold wave conditions have intensified in Rajasthan and Himachal Pradesh also.
