Dense fog and cold wave in North India continued to disrupt rail, road and air traffic for the third consecutive day on Monday.<br/><br/>However, light rain in the National Capital and its surrounding areas gave some respite to the people from the foggy weather.<br/><br/>Over 50 international and domestic flights were delayed and about 15 were cancelled at the IGI airport in Delhi on Sunday.<br/><br/>The foggy conditions also led to cancellation of 13 trains, largely due to delay in running of corresponding trains. Poor visibility also hampered movement of vehicular traffic.<br/><br/>Several places in Punjab, Haryana and Chandigarh experienced light to moderate showers.<br/><br/>In Uttar Pradesh, Severe cold wave has claimed more than 100 lives so far in the state. Rain, cold and fog has affected normal life in Rajasthan.<br/><br/>In Jammu and Kashmir, traffic on Srinagar –Jammu National Highway continues to remain suspended following fresh snowfall.
