The India Meteorological Department said, the city recorded minimum temperature of eight degrees Celsius this morning. The maximum temperature is expected to hover around 20 degrees Celsius. It is expected that strong wind from tomorrow will flush out the pollution and bring some respite for the people of Delhi.</span><br />
