Earlier, speaking in Brussels, the NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen said the NATO nations will send at least five thousand more troops to Afghanistan. The NATO Chief said he will recommend the NATO-led International Security Assistance force to hand over security responsibilities to Afghan forces in the next year.
