Congress Vice president Rahul Gandhi today hit out again at the government on demonetization issue saying it has not been effective in curbing black money. Addressing a press conference in New Delhi along with other opposition parties including TMC and RJD, Mr Gandhi said, Prime Minister should answer the nation, that what was the real motive of demonetisation and what will he do for those hit by it. <br/><br/>He said, 30th December is about to come and there is no improvement in the situation. West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee said, everyone has been badly hit by the demonetization and development has come to a standstill. She accused the Central government of destroying the federal structure of the country.
