Minister of State in the Prime Minister's Office, Dr. Jitendra Singh has said, demonetisation of currency has proved to be a deadly blow to Pakistan's motive of destabilizing Indian economy and funding terrorists. <br/><br/>Interacting with media persons in Jammu today, Dr Singh said, despite people facing some temporary problems regarding availability of cash, the move has received expected applause and cooperation from them. <br/><br/>He said, the step will undoubtedly check the menace of corruption and black money.<br/><br/>On the issue of people displaced in the wake of Pakistani shelling on the LoC and the Working Boundary in Jammu and Kashmir, the Union Minister said, as a permanent solution, construction of bunkers is in the process. <br/><br/>He added that security forces will always give a befitting reply to Pakistani firing.
