Former Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh has said that the demonetization process will have an adverse impact on country's economy.<br/><br/>Replying to a media query in New Delhi today, Dr Singh said the latest data of GDP released by the government has proved that demonetization has adversely affected growth prospects.<br/><br/>According to the data, the Gross Domestic Product growth is estimated at 7.1 per cent in 2016-17 as compared to 7.6 per cent in 2015-16.
