Minister of State in the Prime Minister's Office Jitendra Singh has said, allegations of rigging in the recently held elections in Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (PoK) is an eye opener. Talking to media outside Parliament this morning, Mr Singh said, democratic rights are being suppressed by Pakistan in PoK. <br/><br/>Alleging that human rights are also being violated in PoK, the Minister said, the people there are not being granted legitimate rights. There are protests across Pakistan Occupied Kashmir over anger and resentment at what locals are saying the elections were rigged. The elections resulted in Pakistan Muslim League- N bagging 32 of the 42 seats.
