Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee has said that the demand for Telangana is 60 years old and this does not mean that new states would be created everywhere. He was talking to reporters at Barasat in West Bengal. Commenting on the statement of Home Minister Mr.P. Chidambaram on the Telangana issue Mr. Mukherjee said that a state has to express its views because the President would like to know it before recommending a bill to be considered in Parliament.<br/><br/>Earlier, Mr. Mukherjee inaugurated a new hospital in North 24 Parganas. The 120 beded hospital has been set up by a private group.<br/>
