Delhiites continue to shiver under the biting cold with chilly winds keeping the mercury below normal. The city experienced shallow fog in the morning which later gave way to a bright sunny day. The minimum temperature on Thursday morning settled two notches below average at 5.3 degree Celsius. The Met department predicts a further fall in temperature in the next couple of days and the city is likely to experience rains during the weekend.
