The national capital Delhi witnessed mainly clear sky with slight mist in the morning. Although the minimum temperature settled four degrees above normal at 11 degrees, it was a cold morning with chilly winds blowing across the capital. The MeT department predicts the sky to remain partly cloudy today with the maximum and minimum temperature expected to be around 20 and seven degrees respectively. Delhiites can also hope to usher in the New Year with full fervour without worrying about the dense fog engulfing the city as the weathermen expect the sky to remain mainly clear.
