<span style="color: #222222;">Delhi witnessed a clear morning today with the minimum temperature settling at 7.6 degrees Celsius. The air quality in the city was recorded in the very poor category after being in the severe zone for the past two days. According to Central Pollution Control Board, air quality index in the city was 389 at 10 am. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The air quality in the neighbouring areas of Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Greater Noida, Gurugram and Noida was also recorded in the very poor category. The weatherman has forecast mainly clear skies for the day.  The maximum temperature today is likely to hover around 23 degrees Celsius.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The national capital had recorded an above normal maximum temperature for the second consecutive day yesterday after remaining in the grip of a prolonged cold spell, the longest since 1992.</span><br />
