The national capital witnessed another chilly day yesterday with the minimum temperature dropping to its lowest this season so far. A Met Department official said that the minimum in Delhi was recorded at 8.2 degree Celsius, one degree below normal, while the maximum was at 22.6 degree Celsius, two degrees below normal. Weatherman has predicted clear skies and further fall in temperature during the coming weeks.
