<span style="color: #222222;">Delhi University has reopened for all the undergraduate and postgraduate courses from today. Its colleges and Institutions resumed offline classes after two years. She added that the colleges and institutions have been asked to follow COVID-19 protocols as far as possible.<br />''<br />''The Proctor informed that the classes for the first-year students in some colleges may run in hybrid mode for the time being till the timetable and other arrangements are made while second and third-year classes will take place in offline format.</span><br />
