<span style="color: #222222;">The Delhi Traffic Police has obstructed movement of vehicles on the roads leading to the AIIMS where former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee's health continues to be critical. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">In an advisory, it said the decision comes because of heavy traffic in the area. A large number of political leaders have been visiting the AIIMS since this morning.</span><br />
